With Weson and Wiles gone, Sacramento now belongs to Dan, and is his to rule. Along with Sacramento comes the juiciest plum of all: The state government. He who controls the Capitol City, controls the government institutions, and Dan will be no exception. Moving immediately to take control of the county and city governments, his next move is to get the state and all of its branches under his control as well.
